How do I know when my order has been approved?
After completing your order on our website, you will receive an Confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.

You can also track the progress of your order by logging in to the website with the same email address used to purchase.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Our website uses Stripe and Paypal as a secure payment gateway. We DO NOT have access to your payment information.
Does Vinci Shoes work with stock?
Vinci does not work with stock. Each shoe is handcrafted and specially made for each customer. Thus avoiding waste of raw material and aiming to reduce the environmental impact.
Do I need to create an account on the website to place an order at Vinci?
It is not necessary to create an account to place an order on our website.
If you want to create the account later, the information of orders placed with the same email will be available in your account.
Exchanges & Returns
The first exchange is free. The process for exchange or return is very simple and fast. If you prefer, you can exchange it in one of our physical stores.

Request exchange
Request your exchange or return here. You can return any item for any reason: no shipping charges. The item must be returned in new and unused condition.
What are the return policies?
1. The deadline to request your return is 07 (seven) calendar days after receiving the order, regardless of the reason, whether regret, withdrawal, defective product, size, dissatisfaction or any other reason. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted;
2. The return request must be made through this link: Happy Returns.
3. All items must be returned in their original packaging and unmarked. All accessories must be sent with the product (packaging, bag, pants adjustment and extra studs). Remembering that every shoe must be returned with the paper filling inside, as received;
4. We do not accept returns on products that have been used, damaged or with heel protectors applied.
5. You will be able to choose the form of refund of the amount paid for the goods: credits for a new purchase on the site or in the same form of payment chosen at the time of purchase. That is, if it was paid with a credit card, you will receive the chargeback in up to two invoices from your card. If it was paid by bank slip, the amount will be credited to the current account you indicate within 5 working days after receiving the goods. Shipping costs will also be refunded.,
6. If, after analyzing the return, Vinci Shoes understands that the returned product does not meet the necessary criteria for return, mentioned above, the site is exempt from accepting the return. Vinci Shoes can then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by a justification of the reason for the refusal.
What are the exchange policies?

5. We do not accept exchange of products that have been used, damaged, without the sole protector or with the heel protector applied.
If Vinci Shoes understands that the returned product does not meet the criteria necessary for the exchange, mentioned above, the site is exempt from making the exchange. Vinci Shoes can then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by a justification of the reason for the refusal.
Shipping & Delivery
To calculate the term and value of your shipping, just assemble a cart on our website with the desired products and inform your zip code. If you prefer, you can pick up your order at one of our stores. However, the delivery time will be the same as home delivery, that is, they are not available for withdrawal on the same day as the order. To track your order, simply login/create an account on our website. Your orders will be linked to this account.

How can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order in the following ways:
1. Via the link received in the order confirmation email. In this link, in addition to the order information, a link to track the order will be included;
